We had to coordinate raw material supply, packaging production, and shipping arrangements all within a limited timeframe. Every step required precise planning and proactive communication. Through the collective effort of our entire team, we not only completed production on time, but also managed to ship all containers ahead of schedule. It was more than just fulfilling an order—it was proof of our operational resilience and teamwork.

At the same time, we are actively advancing the digital transformation of our factory. In the short term, our MES and quality inspection systems are already delivering measurable improvements in production monitoring and planning. They allow us to manage daily operations with greater accuracy and efficiency. Looking ahead, we aim to develop a fully customized management system tailored specifically to HANSHAN’s operational needs. This will enable deeper integration between production, R&D, supply chain, and sales, ultimately strengthening our long-term competitiveness.

Our vision for the future continues with the second phase of our factory development. This phase focuses on three key directions. The first is capacity expansion. With construction already underway, we expect to significantly increase our production capabilities by the end of 2027, with a target of tripling our current output for both SPC Flooring and LVT Flooring. The second is R&D advancement. We are establishing a provincial-level laboratory dedicated to the development of new materials and innovative building solutions. The third is employee well-being. We believe that a strong team is the foundation of sustainable growth, which is why we are creating dedicated spaces for learning, relaxation, and personal development within our facility.
